Don Albert Kiamie
President/CFO

Don joined Windsor Management Corp. in 1983 and currently serves as President and CEO. Together with the Windsor Executive management team, Don is involved with all phases of the business.   Prior experience included financial management positons with NBC, Exxon, and Kraft Foods.  Don’s career started with KPMG, an international CPA firm.   In the academic area, Don has an MBA in accounting from the NYU Stern School and a BS in Finance from Fordham University.  He has also been an adjunct professor in accounting and finance for over 30 years. Don’s participated in panels and been a guest speaker with the NYSSCPA and has several articles published with leading accounting periodicals.  He is a Eucharistic minister and lector with St. Francis church in NYC and Holy Rosary Church in Westchester County.

Matthew Kiamie
Vice President/COO

Matthew received a BBA from Pace University and began working fulltime in 1995 at Windsor Management Corporation, where he is presently Vice President and Operations Manager.  Throughout his tenure, he has added to the company portfolio 400,000sf of Class A office buildings in Manhattan, Westchester, and Connecticut. In addition to new acquisitions, Matthew oversees leasing and management operations while continuing to upgrade the properties through lobby renovations and building improvements creating competitive class A space.  Matthew currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Applied Human Dynamics and participates in fund raising efforts for the Town of Mt. Pleasant Education Foundation, Holy Rosary Church, and the March of Dimes.

Phillip Kiamie Sr.
Sr. Vice President

Phillip Kiamie Sr. had a successful career in the importing/exporting business with a variety of diverse companies.    In 1991 he entered the real estate industry and brings to Windsor Management a lifetime of business experience.  Presently the Executive Vice President, Phillip serves in the capacity as office advisor and consultant while maintaining relationships with tenants and financial institutions.  He also manages local music talents and participates in fundraising efforts for several charities including Institute of Applied Human Dynamics and United Cerebral Palsy.

Phillip Kiamie Jr.
Property Manager

Phillip Kiamie Jr. began working at Windsor Management Corp. fulltime in 2014 where he is currently Property Manager.  He is involved in office leasing, building coordination and business relationships.  Phillip received a BFA degree from Boston University and prior to joining Windsor Management Corp., served as a member of Active Duty for 11 years where as a member of the Army he achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class.  In his professional background as a musician Phillip has performed domestically and abroad as a percussionist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Kennedy Center Opera Orchestra, and United States Army Field Band.  Phillip is a lector at Our Lady of Perpetual Help active as a Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus, and serves in fundraising roles the American Red Cross, Institute of Applied Human Dynamics, and March of Dimes.

Glenn Johnson
Building Supervisor

Glenn has been with Windsor Management since 1990.  He is currently Building Supervisor at 99 Madison Avenue, a 130,000 SF commercial office building.  Glenn is our in house New York sports expert.

Miriam Ng
Office Manager

Miriam joined Windsor Management Corp. as Office Manager in 1991, a position she diligently holds. Her primary responsibilities include general business administration, accounts payable, human resources, and tenant coordination.  Prior to joining Windsor Management, Miriam was in banking as a Branch Operation Head in the Philippines.

Jenefer Berdar
Rent Collections/Billings

Prior to joining Windsor Management Corp. in 2014, Jenefer worked in accounting and bookkeeping roles with RE/MAX Alliance and Hart Systems.  Her key responsibilities at Windsor Management include accounts receivable, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.

Elmira Niyazalieva

Elmira works in file management and accounts payable.  Having received a B.A. in finance, Elmira has previous experience in the education and culinary fields prior to joining Windsor Management.  Elmira is fluent in English, Russian, Kazakh, and Spanish.
